Scope
RISH DIGITAL SERVICES provides digital marketing, website design, and related professional services. As our work is delivered digitally and often customised, standard “returns” do not apply.
Cancellation
- Before work starts: You may cancel and request a full refund within 24 hours of payment if we have not begun the engagement.
- After work starts: Cancellations are allowed, but fees for the portion of work already completed and any third-party costs will be deducted.
Refunds
- Milestone / Hourly projects: Refunds are prorated based on completed milestones or hours logged.
- Fixed-price packages: Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for unused or undelivered components.
- Non-refundable: Domain registrations, hosting, ad spend, and other third-party fees are not refundable.

Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend ongoing services and contest the chargeback with supporting work logs, communication records, and approvals.
Payments
We do not collect or store any customer card or payment details on our website. All payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways.
