No physical shipment

There is no dispatch of parcels or couriers. All deliverables are provided electronically (documents, reports, design files, credentials, or access) and communicated by email or over agreed collaboration tools.

Order confirmation

• After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the scope and next steps.
• For payment links or invoices, confirmation is issued once the transaction is authorised by the payment gateway.

Service delivery timelines

• Standard start time: Project kickoff within 1–2 business days after confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.
• Milestones: Timelines are documented in email/proposal and depend on receiving required inputs (content, brand assets, logins).
• Urgent work: Rush deliveries may be available on request and may incur additional charges.

Client dependencies

Delays may occur if we are waiting on content, approvals, credentials, or third-party verifications. In such cases, the schedule will shift accordingly and we will notify you.

Charges & taxes

There are no shipping fees. Service fees and any applicable taxes are shown on the invoice or payment page before payment.

• Access-based work: You may need to provide access to your website, hosting, or ad accounts
